How do I reset a staff member's password?
Administrators can reset passwords from the Staff Access section in Settings. The staff member will receive an email with a reset link.
Can I import existing member data?
Yes. SaccoSuite supports bulk import from Excel and CSV. Contact support for assistance with migration from another system.
How do I generate a compliance report?
Navigate to Reports, select the report type and period, then click Generate. Reports can be exported as PDF or Excel.
What happens if I need help after going live?
All plans include email support. Priority support tiers with phone access are available for larger organisations.
