The conditions under which you may access and use the SaccoSuite platform.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using SaccoSuite, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, staff, and any other persons with platform access.
2. Use of the platform
You may use SaccoSuite only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must keep your login credentials secure.
3. Account registration
To use the platform, your organisation must complete registration and email verification. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it promptly if it changes.
4. Data and privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform. You grant SaccoSuite a limited licence to process that data for the purpose of providing the service.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the platform to store, process, or transmit unlawful content, to interfere with the platform's operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to any system or account.
6. Service availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend the service temporarily for maintenance or in response to security incidents.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. On termination, your access will be revoked. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaccoSuite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
